Yesterday was a crazy weather day for the Upper Midwest, with
60-degree highs in the Twin Cities, mid-teens is Bismarck, N.D. and heavy snow
in Fargo, N.D., Bemidji, Minn. and others parts of northwestern Minnesota.
But nothing on the radar is crazier than this – a tornado
warning inside of a blizzard warning, issued at about 3:45 p.m. Monday in
Brookings, S.D.
